Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Leapotts, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. Whether you entered incorrect shipping information, selected the wrong size, changed your mind about a product, or simply need to update your order details, we strive to assist whenever possible.
Because our fulfillment team begins processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, the ability to cancel or modify an order depends on the current processing status of the order. This policy explains how cancellation and modification requests are handled, what changes may be available, and the steps customers should take when assistance is needed.
Requesting an Order Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. The sooner a cancellation request is received, the greater the likelihood that our team can stop the order before fulfillment activities begin.
Orders are generally processed within one business day, which means there may be a limited window during which cancellation requests can be accommodated.
A cancellation request is not considered approved until confirmation has been provided by our support team. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
If the order has not yet entered processing, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order and prevent shipment.
Changing an Existing Order
Customers may request modifications to an order before shipment preparation has been completed. Depending on the status of the order, changes may include:
- Updating the shipping address.
- Correcting customer contact information.
- Changing product sizes.
- Changing product quantities.
- Replacing an item with another available item.
- Removing items from an order.
- Adding additional items before fulfillment begins.
Our team will review each request individually and determine whether modifications can be completed before shipment processing advances.
Because inventory levels and order preparation activities can change rapidly, requested modifications cannot always be guaranteed.
Address Changes
Providing an accurate shipping address during checkout is extremely important. Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping information before submitting an order.
If an incorrect address was entered, customers should contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the address before shipment; however, address modifications may not be possible once the package has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a shipping carrier.
Leapotts is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided during checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be redirected, returned, or reshipped due to address-related issues.
Orders Already in Processing
Once an order has entered processing, our fulfillment team may have already begun inventory allocation, quality inspection, packaging preparation, and shipment scheduling activities.
At this stage, cancellation or modification requests become more difficult to accommodate. While we will review every request carefully, we cannot guarantee that changes can be completed after processing has begun.
Customers are encouraged to contact us immediately if any changes are needed to maximize the likelihood of successful modifications.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, the order can no longer be cancelled through our fulfillment system.
At that point, the shipment is under the control of the carrier and may already be in transit to the destination address.
If you no longer wish to keep the order after shipment has occurred, you may be eligible to use the return process after delivery, subject to the requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping charges associated with completed shipments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved under special circumstances.

How to Submit a Request
To request an order cancellation or modification, please contact our support team as soon as possible and include the following information:
- Order number.
- Customer name.
- Email address used for the purchase.
- Description of the requested change or cancellation.
- Any corrected information if applicable.
Providing complete information helps our team locate the order quickly and evaluate available options before fulfillment progresses further.
Refunds Following Cancellation
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, any eligible refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers, financial institutions, and transaction verification procedures.
Leapotts does not charge cancellation fees for approved cancellations completed before shipment.
