Order Processing
All orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment during our normal business operating hours. Once an order is successfully submitted and payment has been authorized, our fulfillment team begins processing the order. Processing includes order verification, inventory confirmation, quality inspection, packaging preparation, and carrier scheduling.
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and major holidays. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time, on weekends, or during non-business days will begin processing on the next available business day.
During periods of high order volume, promotional campaigns, holiday seasons, or unexpected operational disruptions, processing times may occasionally require additional time. If a significant delay occurs before shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

The shipping fee is calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Customers will always be able to review applicable shipping charges before submitting an order.
Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day are typically included in that day's processing queue. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will generally be considered received on the following business day for processing purposes.
For example, if an order is placed at 4:30 PM EST on Tuesday, processing may begin the same business day. However, an order placed at 6:00 PM EST on Tuesday will normally enter processing on Wednesday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
The cut-off time helps our fulfillment team organize shipments efficiently and maintain consistent delivery performance.
Shipping Carriers
To provide dependable delivery services, Leapotts partners with trusted national shipping carriers. Depending on destination, package characteristics, and logistical requirements, orders may be delivered by one of the following carriers:

Carrier selection is determined by our shipping operations and may vary from order to order. Customers are not able to request a specific carrier unless otherwise stated during checkout.

If tracking information indicates that a package has stopped moving for an unusually long period or appears to be lost during transit, customers should contact us as soon as possible. Our team will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the most appropriate resolution based on available information.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer-provided information may experience delays, additional shipping charges, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management personnel, reception desks, mailrooms, or other authorized recipients who may have accepted the package.
Customers should also allow a short period for carrier systems to update, as delivery scans can occasionally appear before the package becomes accessible.
Order Changes & Cancellation

Because order processing begins promptly, requests for order changes, address updates, product modifications, or cancellations can only be accommodated before the order enters fulfillment or shipment preparation.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or transferred to a shipping carrier, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the shipment. In such cases, customers may need to wait until delivery is completed before exploring available post-delivery options.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be completed, particularly when the order has already progressed through fulfillment operations.
International Shipping
At this time, Leapotts only ships within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping services, including deliveries to foreign countries, overseas territories, or international forwarding locations.
Any future expansion of shipping destinations will be announced through our website if international delivery options become available.
