Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, including processing and carrier transit time.
Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $6.99.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday will begin processing as soon as possible. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers: We ship orders through trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Notes: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Return & Refund Policy
At Leapotts, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process to help ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Return Period: Customers may request a return within 60 calendar days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging when possible. Returns must be approved before sending products back.
Eligible Returns: We accept returns for damaged items, defective products, incorrect items received, wrong size/variation, or eligible items that do not meet your expectations.
Non-Returnable Items: Items showing signs of wear, misuse, damage after delivery, missing components, or returns submitted without approval may not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return: Please contact our support team with your order number, customer information, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 12 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Restocking Fee: Leapotts does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered fulfillment or shipment preparation may not be cancelled.
